I am a software developer, very driven to solve challenging problems. Developing applications is something I love doing and I consider myself lucky to be able to do this every day. My goal for my career is to continuously build on my knowledge of modern .NET and at the same time be the point of contact for the people around me.

In the first year of my education, me and a friend made a Discord bot. We wrote the bot in Java which wasn't ideal but it was a valuable learning experience.
During the last project week at UCLL we (a group of 4 second year students) made a people counter with a raspberry pie and a webcam in a weeks time. We developed this project based on an open source Python script. It got us a long way but was far from perfect so we had to make a lot of adjustments for the script to suit our needs.
For my graduation project I developed an application with two other students. It was a mobile application aimed to improve the life quality for dementia patients by increasing social interaction with the help of reminiscense. We used Xamarin as well as Spring Boot to achieve this.
As an intern I worked at AB-INBEV for three months. I developed a VR application that is used for on-boarding and recruiting to give potential recruits a feel for the atmosphere within the company. This included virtual brewery tours
for various breweries and warehouses, as well as a a little game where you can mix ingredients to brew your own beer. The application is made in Unity.
